About the Job  AOA is looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer who thrives in solving complex backend challenges and delivering high-quality digital products.

The Lead Full Stack Engineer will play a key role in architecting and developing secure SaaS platforms and eCommerce storefronts, primarily within the Shopify Plus and Headless Commerce ecosystem.
They will collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and other engineers to build and enhance web applications from scratch that balance functionality, speed, and scalability.
Responsibilities will include architecting and implementing full-stack solutions, integrating third-party services, optimizing performance, and ensuring code quality through best development practices.
This role requires expertise in both frontend (React, Next.
s) and backend (Node.
s, AWS, and APIs) technologies.

Responsibilities Key Outcome.
deliver high-quality solutions that AOA is known for with predictability and efficiency Lead end-to-end development of web applications, contributing to both frontend and backend code Design and implement scalable architectures using NodeJS and AWS ecosystem Develop and deploy performant frontend applications using React and Next.
s Work closely with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions Provide technical expertise during client meetings, offering insights into the development process and potential enhancements Efficiently communicate project estimates and lead planning poker for user stories Work within an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and ensuring timely delivery of features.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential application in our development process.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a focus on both backend and frontend development Strong proficiency in React and frontend frameworks Strong proficiency in NodeJS and AWS infrastructure Expertise in building complex systems, microservices, and integration with third-party APIs Strong Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Leadership skills with a proactive approach to collaboration and team problem-solving
