I am an Organizational Psychologist and certified Executive Coach, with a sound commitment to eco-artivism and equality.
I have been working in Management Consulting and Professional Services for over the last ~40 years, both in local and international engagements in Brazil (most regions), Latin America (Puerto Rico, Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Colombia and Venezuela) and within the United States (Florida, Georgia, New York, Massachusetts, West Virginia, Missouri, California, Arizona, Illinois, Ohio) and Italy (Milan and Rome).
I love my job and the fact that I can be of assistance to students and coachees who wish to unlock their inner potential and make conscious decisions about their personal mission, purpose in life and how they want to go about attaining their goals.
Due to my business background and Anglo-Latin multiculturality, I have been able to empathize with people from all walks of life and offer them useful content and advice, while triggering awareness and relevant insights.
My teaching style is very interactive and participative, making use of active listening and two-way communication and providing a lot of opportunities for discussion and doubt-clearing at all times.
By motivating students to take an active part in every step of the program, I help them to take full charge of their learning process and link it to their vocation and future career paths.
My coaching style is defined as "solution-focused", which means I use problem-solving techniques to enable my coachees to find root-causes to the problems to be solved and come up with effective solutions to remove any just about any barriers and obstacles to resolution.
The results obtained by my students and coachees come with a rewarding sense of empowerment and accomplishment at every completed milestone, and can actually teach them how to extrapolate and apply discipline and protagonism to their personal and professional lives throughout the training courses and coaching sessions.
I am looking forward to meeting and assisting as many students, coachees and mentorees as I can, considering that knowledge is only useful whenever shared and put into practice.

He provided the link between the HP Nii Account Leadership team, the 5 LATAM marketing areas (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru and Mexico) and the Nii/Nextel management team in the US.

Luiz Botelho was directly responsible for implementing the global MoC (Management of Change) strategy within Vale´s Forest Program (Global ITO implementation, in liaison with HP, ).
Strong partnership with Forest Program project leaders and change agents in all regions (Latin America, North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific), acting as a primary source of leadership, mobilization and coaching to Vale´s Global Change Agent Network (IT Business Partners) and enabling the successful localization / customization of the MoC global strategy at their operational sites.
