募集部門の紹介 光工場は山口県光市にあるタケダの主力生産工場で、光工場はグローバルの供給ネットワークの中でも重要な基幹工場としての役割を果たしており、出荷先は国内に限らずグローバルに製品を供給しています。 ステライルマニュファクチャリング部は注射剤製造とプロセスサポートの機能を有し、高品質な製品（バイアル製剤、デュアルチャンバーシリンジ）を製造し、継続的なプロセス改善および新規製造ラインの立上げ業務も行うマルチな活動をしている部署になります。 今回募集するプロダクションサポートは、製造工程と密接に関わり、技術力の強化や改善の推進を担う組織です。 職務内容 注射剤の製造工程に関連する以下のような業務を担当していただきます。 ・製造条件設定や設備のクオリフィケーション／バリデーションおよび技術文書作成 ・継続的な工程改善 ・査察対応 ・適切なSOP整備と教育活動 ・新設備、新プロセスの設計と立ち上げ ・変更管理、文書管理 ・システム管理(設備のデータインテグリティ対応、MES、SAP) ・デジタル技術など新技術を用いた工程最適化の推進 応募要件 ＜学歴＞ 大学院、大学、高等専門学校卒以上で、下記の実務経験を有する方 ＜実務経験＞ 以下のいずれかのご経験を有する方 注射剤に関する技術検討およびバリデーション業務 査察対応 GMP関連活動(文書管理、変更管理、製造業務等) システム関連業務(データインテグリティ対応、MES、SAP等) ＜スキル・資格＞ 以下の経験を有する方は歓迎します。 ・注射剤に関する新設備、新プロセスの設計と立上げ ・査察対応 ＜語学＞ ・英語でのメールのやり取り及び文書の読み書きが可能なレベル ・英語での会議である程度の意思疎通を取ることが可能なレベル 求める人物像 目標達成に向けて周囲を巻き込み成果を上げられる方 仕事のやりがい 複数のグローバル製品の安定生産に貢献することができます。また、製造工程は、各国のレギュレーションの要求事項を満たし、継続して査察に適合することが求められます。そのため、自身が身に付けた知識やスキルを基にプロセスの継続的な改善活動を推進することができます。 本職務で身につくスキル・経験 ・GMPに関する知識や経験 ・注射剤製造工程のクオリフィケーション/バリデーションに関するスキル ・査察対応の経験 ・最新の技術やレギュレーションに関する知識 待遇 諸手当：通勤交通費、借家補助費、勤務時間外手当など 昇給：原則年日程度） 働き方関連制度：フレックスタイム制、テレワーク勤務制導入（対象社員） 休暇：年次有給休暇、特別有給休暇、傷病休暇、ファミリーサポート休暇、産前産後休暇、育児休暇、子の看護休暇、介護休暇 タケダの DE＆I Better Health, Brighter Future What Takeda can offer you.
