Join the home for entrepreneurs!   Your role in our team You will collaborate with Sales and Product owners to convert concept level requirements into detail equipment designs and mechanical fabrication and assembly packages You will apply and incorporate material handling technologies into designs based on product requirements You will collaborate with Electrical and Control Engineering workstreams during product design and equipment selection You will work with material suppliers and manufacturing to identify and support design and equipment procurement activities You will have advanced-level experience in the use of premium 3D CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Pro-E, Solid Works, etc.
You will create detailed, accurate technical data packages including manufacturing assembly drawings, bills of material, product manuals, and integration guides You will posses a working knowledge of product requirements, constraints, and budgets   Your profile You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of five (5) years of applicable experience You have experience in the design of material handling equipment such as conveyor, bulk feed equipment sortation systems, order fulfillment machinery, and machines with similar complexity You have a proven track record of expertise in the mechanical engineering field You have experience with product design You have strong collaboration skills, with an entrepreneurial spirit   Your environment at Körber Körber Supply Chain is the leading provider in best-in-class supply chain solutions that goes beyond software to include automation, voice, robotics, materials handling, and parcel logistics – plus the systems integration expertise to tie it all together.
