Alinhamento e direcionamento da estratégia junto aos PMs parceiros e POs de seus squads; Alinhar os objetivos do negócio e definir OKR´s; Planejar e analisar todos os ciclos de evolução dos produtos; Gerenciar junto ao design lead a priorização dos discoveries; Gerir KPIs dos squads, conectados aos ORKs da empresa; Experiência em gestão de pessoas, desenvolvimento de times;Conhecimento em metodologia ágil (Scrum, Kanban); Conhecimento sobre métricas de eficiência e eficácia em agilidade; Conhecimento sobre o ecossistema de saúde; Conhecimento em construção de POCs, validação de hipóteses, testes A/B.
