Operations And Maintenance Manager Latam - With a strong focus on commercial activities, this role plays a key part in securing long-term service contracts, driving revenue growth, and maintaining profitable operations. The O&M Manager will oversee contract negotiations, financial performance and drive customer engagement, while ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong commercial expertise, leadership in managing multi-country service teams, and a solid technical understanding of wind turbine operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder management, contract structuring, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance the company''s service capabilities in the LATAM region. The main functions of the Operations and Maintenance Manager with focus on Business activities, but not limited to:Essential activities and Responsibilities:Develop and implement the regional service strategy across LATAM countriesAchieve revenue and profitability targetsLead contract negotiations for long-term service agreements (LTSA)Contribute to the preparation of proposals and tender responsesFoster and maintain strong strategic relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Build, lead, and develop high-performing site technical teams, ensuring effective and efficient operation of the wind turbine plant. Establish and maintain a collaborative environment with the customer, guaranteeing the fulfilment of contractual commitments. Desired Skills & ExpertiseHighly motivated, with strong sense of accountability and ownership. Team-oriented person with ability to work in a multi-cultural context. Deep understanding of large infrastructure project economics and financial metricsExperience in contract negotiation, commercial strategy and customer engagement. Strong stakeholder management skills. Global mind-set with ability to handle different types of communicationStrong understanding of wind turbine technology, operation, and maintenance. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including OEMs, suppliers, and project developers. Performance-driven and solution-oriented mindset. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in on-site project execution. Required Background and Experience> 5 years of experience inthe wind energy sector. Bachelor''s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or a related field; a master´s degree in related field is favorable. Relevant experience in the B2B sales environment, notably from heavy industry or energy sector (e. G. WTG OEM, utilities, infrastructure, RE project development etc. ). Related experience in the energy & power industry beneficialFluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, both written and verbal.
