About the team/roleJoin our team at 99 as a Senior Operations Analyst (Categories)! In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying new business opportunities and ensuring a balanced marketplace that delivers a good experience for both passengers and drivers. You'll be the focal point for initiatives across our diverse portfolio of categories, including 99Plus, 99electric-Pro, 99Taxi, and more. Our portfolio aims to expand our core services, meet specific passenger needs, and open up new markets for the company. The operations environment is fast-paced and data-driven, so we're looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to connect different variables into actionable insights. Communication skills are essential, as you'll collaborate and lead a multidisciplinary squad with various stakeholders, including teams from Marketing, PR, Product, and B2B. Monitor the operations of each category, providing performance insights to the team Design passenger profile segmentation and engagement strategies tailored to each category Develop pricing strategies to demand and supplly engagement with different products Lead a multidisciplinary squad and ensure deliverables are in line with our portfolio strategies Develop location-specific analysis to uncover opportunities and address operational challenges Create presentations to share operational insights with stakeholders and foster strategic discussions Propose and validate category-specific use cases and value propositions to enhance operations Support ad-hoc analyses in collaboration with other team members We're eager to be in touch because you have. . .
