Responsabilidades y asignaciones Allocate vendor invoices to appropriate cost center and account levels Request cost increases based on the amount of work performed in accordance with accounting rules Liaise with departments to ensure invoices and accruals align with actual work, existing contracts and accounting rules Update monthly cost/expense forecast based on work performed and planned activities Monthly reconciliations and flow analysis Conducting monthly account analysis and reconciliation Responsible for closing activities (additions, reversals, etc.) Requisitos y calificaciones Training.
Holds a degree in Accounting Experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience Knowledge.
Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, autonomy, collaboration and teamwork with a hands-on approach Solid knowledge of related Brazilian tax terms (mainly in indirect taxes) Experience in O&G Upstream will be an advantage Fluent in Portuguese and medium level of proficiency in English BEM-VINDO(A) AO MUNDO INFOTEC!
