Descripción del puesto vacante As a Specialist for Electrical Installation Auditor (SDE) you will be responsible for careful installation of electrical systems and equipment by professionals in compliance with applicable standards and installation regulations, and also the technical management of an electrotechnical company or electrotechnical part of a company.
Responsabilidades y asignaciones · Support the organization / planning of activities of the subcontractor on site.
· Ensure the organization of the subcontractor's infrastructure, as well as materials, boxes, Krones equipment and tools belonging to their scope of supply.
· Assembly and distribution of working teams on different work fronts · Evaluate the qualification of the subcontractor's staff and organize feedback for actions.
· Control progress of the contracted scope, including presentation of an action plan and solutions for possible deviations · Able to audit, check and technically request correction over the execution of the electrical installation, according to experience, standards and training applied by Krones on quality and best practices in projects.
· Ensure adherence to the layout and scope of the project, register, and inform necessary modifications to meet quality standards.
· Ensure / Request the necessary electrical measuring devices.
· Able to explain guidelines, explain the tender, read Plan and comprehension test, solve doubts and seek for missing information.
· Explain installation instructions, cable lists, XKT list, explain test report and complete it together, able to perform measurements together and technically correct measurement at the time of execution.
· Explain the Ethernet, Profinet, Profibus measurements.
· Support electrical measurements and documentation fulfilment.
Requisitos y calificaciones · Large experience in assembly and installation of production lines.
· Advanced English is mandatory.
· Advanced Spanish is a plus.
· Nacional and international travel availability · Experience as an Auditor/Quality Supervisor will be considered a plus.
· Knowledge in the implementation of the DIN/VDE/IEC standards in line installation.
· Knowledge of Machinery Safety and applicable accident prevention regulations in electrical area.
· Knowledge required for executing all necessary tests for the electrical installation of the power system, according to DIN VDE / IEC and IEC .
