PAYROLL AND INVOICING MANAGER

Payroll And Invoicing Manager - This role is critical in ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and client contracts, while also improving internal controls and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team and interface with HR, Finance, Sales and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:Payroll Management:Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including regular and off-cycle runs. Ensure compliance with tax laws, social security, and labor regulations. Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies. Manage relationships with payroll providers and ensure system accuracy. Generate payroll reports for Finance, HR, and external auditors. Invoicing & Billing:Oversee the creation, validation, and delivery of accurate and timely customer invoices. Ensure invoicing aligns with contracts, service delivery, and tax requirements. Work with project/account managers to confirm billable hours and services rendered. Manage accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue invoices. Improve billing workflows and documentation for audit readinessDefinition and processesImplement the new system (business central ) and restructure processesStrong knowledge of Billing activities. Requirements:Bachelors degree in Accounting. Proven experience in payroll, billing, or accounting in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and labor law. Experience with invoicing systems and financial ERPs (e. G. , SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Netsuite). Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and leadership skills. English fluent Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a multinational or service-based company. Working knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and internal controls. Experience with systems implementation. Experience with Navision / Business Central
