PREMIUM AUDIT ANALYST

Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Premium Audit Analyst to join our team to work for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
Conducts meticulous and precise payroll audits, both manual and mechanical, for P&C and/or Workers' Compensation policies.
Provides valuable support to the Commercial Underwriting team by carrying out tasks that demand astute underwriting judgment, as outlined in the letter of underwriting authority.
This also involves being well-versed in bureau rates, rules, and forms as detailed in the multiple bureau manuals.
\n Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 years of experience in Commercial Insurance Compute and process premium audits, refunds, commissions, dividends, accounts receivable, experience modifications, and other policy transactions Determine the accuracy of premiums, rate classes, or changes in exposure base based on audit reports or other referrals, and initiate necessary adjustments or changes Prepare instructions for issuing payroll audits and corresponding endorsements, code statistical information, prepare worksheets, and enter data Obtain missing information from agents, insureds, and vendors to complete payroll audits; explain audit computations and adjustments to agents and insureds, and process revised audits as necessary Communicate with audit companies to clarify audit information and verify the status of audit completion Expedite priority transactions and maintain diary controls as necessary Utilize the Commercial Accounts System and EasyPay to determine policy and billing status Review and clear overdue audit reports received from the NCCI or state bureaus Process account breakdowns to prepare files for assignment to collections agencies and litigation Perform other assigned functions Possess technical expertise in the commercial field Demonstrate knowledge of management information and business systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, along with demonstrated presentation skills Apply analytical thinking skills to make timely and appropriate decisions and recommendations after reviewing all relevant information High school diploma or equivalent required \n This position comes with competitive compensation and benefits package.
