Responsabilidades:
Projeto CFO:
Finalizar a curadoria do evento
Acompanhar vendas e participantes
Supervisionar a operação do evento
Gerenciar relacionamento com palestrantes
Conduzir o conteúdo no dia do evento
Projeto Reforma:
Pensar estrategicamente novos produtos e eventos
Finalizar o curso da Reforma (curadoria pronta, 3 professores confirmados, meta de 6)
Acompanhar o comercial e o tráfego
Supervisionar a comunicação nas redes sociais do Grupo
Requisitos Técnicos:
Experiência em liderança de produtos ou eventos
Visão estratégica com foco em marketing e comercial
Forte senso de dono e acompanhamento de métricas (breakeven, ROI, etc.)
Alta adaptabilidade e capacidade de mudança de rota
Excelente comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal
Diferenciais:
Experiência com eventos educacionais ou corporativos
Vivência em startups ou ambientes dinâmicos
