PURCHASING CONTROLLING SPECIALIST

Requisitos.
• Bachelor's degree; • Solid experience with the Finance area; • Experience with the Purchasing and/or Operations area; • Solid knowledge of Direct Material (transaction) flow within a factory environment; • Knowledge of ERP finance modules is a strong plus (e.
g.
SAP CO/PA); • Advanced Office skills; • Advanced English.
Atividades.
• Consolidate Direct Material reports on a Product Line level; • Prepare and analyze the Product Line financial results reports, carrying out the deviation analysis and setting up comparison with established budget and forecasts; • Drive and contribute to annual budget and periodic forecasts as well as strategic planning for the area; • Align definitions and methods for Purchasing results with the different stakeholders and entities involved; • Identify critical areas for improvements, proposing and implementing solutions, and driving project management key initiatives, as well as understanding of the correlation between figures and activities; • Report key figures and payment terms timely and accurately, supporting Product Line commodity managers with all necessary information and acting as a business partner to drive initiatives; • Carry out analysis of Raw Material financial reports; • Ensure the correct use and maintenance of the database and correct calculation methods and processes, enabling training for new employees and driving contact between industrial controllership and the Purchasing organization.
