Quality Engineer - In 2009, we established heavengifts. Com to embark on the international journey of e-vapor products, building a bridge for domestic brands to enter the global market. Job Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes for product design, development, and manufacturing. Identify defects, non-conformance, and process inefficiencies; propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Develop and maintain testing protocols, including automated and manual test procedures, to ensure product reliability. Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain. Maintain and improve documentation related to quality systems, testing, and compliance standards. Job Requirements Bachelor''s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field). 3+ years of experience in a quality engineering or quality assurance role, preferably in manufacturing or product development environments. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc. ), product testing, and defect analysis. Proficiency in using quality tools (SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, etc. ) and testing equipment . Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with automated testing tools and software quality assurance . Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies . Familiarity with PLM systems , ERP software , or SAP .
