\ What You’ll Be Doing.
Develop automations and tools (using Python and AI models) to optimize regulatory monitoring and reporting processes.
Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Product, and Engineering teams to anticipate regulatory demands and build scalable tech solutions.
Analyze and monitor regulatory developments in the financial and payments sectors, proposing technical solutions to compliance challenges.
Implement AI-driven solutions for document analysis, regulatory tracking, and process optimization.
Support initiatives such as Open Banking, PIX, and regulations related to Payment and Financial Institutions with a technology-first approach.
Build KPIs and compliance-related metrics.
Enhance compliance programs using AI and automation.
Work on cross-functional projects, applying technology to accelerate regulatory responses and drive smarter compliance decisions.
What You Need to Succeed.
Experience in Payment Institutions, acquirers, sub-acquirers, fintechs, or financial services, with strong regulatory understanding.
Technical Skills.
Proficiency in Python (scripting, data manipulation, automation).
Familiarity with applying AI/ML models to compliance or operational processes.
Ability to navigate regulatory frameworks and develop tech-driven compliance solutions.
Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English.
Knowledge of regulations applicable to Type 3 Conglomerates, SCFI, and Payment Institution frameworks.
Experience with financial institution licensing processes and/or familiarity with U.
