SALES ANALYST LATAM

Sales Analyst Latam - Responsible for customer service, order processing. Your Responsibilities:Order processing:Process and record sales orders in the SAP system, ensuring the accuracy of the information entered. Check product availability and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery. Monitor the status of orders in progress, maintaining constant communication with involved areas to ensure customer satisfaction. Resolve any problems or delays related to order processing and delivery. Data Analysis:Analyze sales and order data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. Generate periodic reports on order and sales performance, presenting results to management. Act as a point of contact for customers regarding orders, providing information on status, delivery times, and solutions to any problems. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and proactive service. Work closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure effective execution of order processes. Participate in interdepartmental meetings to align objectives and strategies related to order processing. Training and Capacity Building:Participate in training on the SAP system and internal processes to ensure efficiency in order processing. Share knowledge and best practices with the team to optimize workflow. Your Profile:Degree in Administration, Logistics, or related areas. Previous experience in order processing and using the SAP system. Fluent communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English are essential. Analytical skills and attention to detail. Proactivity and ability to work as part of a team. Experience working with SAP.
