A. for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties. In this sales role, you will report to the Country Product Manager in São Paulo. We are searching for someone passionate about cultural exchange, who displays a great deal of responsibility and autonomy, is very sales-driven, and has excellent communication skills, both in-person and on the phone. What you will do:Grow the Brazilian market in your assigned region, taking ownership of sales in your region, to reach sales targetsRecruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs while providing excellent customer serviceWork together with our local au pair community to help achieve goalsCollaborate with colleagues in the USA and headquarters in Zurich to provide an excellent experience for each au pairWho you are:You are passionate about sales and highly motivated to hit and exceed sales targetsYou love connecting with people over the phone and in-person to understand their needs so that you can successfully pitch our programYou are a team player who brings a positive attitude and nothing is impossible spirit to the teamYou have an entrepreneurial spirit, taking ownership of your ideas and making them happenYou have good time management skills that allow you to handle multiple priorities while paying attention to the details and delivering on your goalsProfessional Requirements:1+ years of sales experienceProven capability with both phone sales and in-person sales6+ months of experience living abroad preferredFull proficiency in both Portuguese and EnglishExceptional presentation and public speaking skillsWillingness to travel and work irregular hours.
