Sales Strategy - The role in the digital industry is multifaceted, involving a combination of strategic planning, data analysis, and operational responsibilities. 1. Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and refine the sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the digital industry. 2. Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats. 3. Sales Planning: Develop comprehensive sales plans, including setting sales targets, defining sales territories, and creating go-to-market strategies. 4. Data Analytics: Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to evaluate sales performance, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates, providing insights for decision-making. 5. Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create accurate sales forecasts and align them with business goals. 6. Process Optimization: Continuously optimize sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. 7. CRM Management: Oversee the implementation and management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to maintain accurate customer data and improve sales operations. 8. Sales Training and Enablement: Provide training and resources to the sales team to ensure they have the tools and knowledge required for success. 9. Sales Tools and Technology: Identify, implement, and maintain sales technology solutions, such as sales automation, analytics, and reporting tools. 10. Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales team performance and track progress toward sales goals. 11. Sales Reporting: Generate and present regular reports and dashboards to inform leadership and the sales team about sales performance and trends. 12. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, finance, and other departments to align strategies and objectives. 13. Problem Solving: Address operational issues and challenges that could impact sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction. 14. Project Management: Responsible for managing a variety of stakeholders from commercial and sales operations teams. Job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, 5-7 years of business strategy operation experience, experience in business operations such as media platforms or companies is preferred 2. Possess strong executive ability and solid data ability, be able to systematically sort out and solve problems, and be able to independently output industry analysis reports is preferred; 3. High work initiative, strongly self-driven, and strong ability to resist pressure; 4. Strong cross-team communication skills, quick thinking, ability to get results, and good adaptability are preferred 5. Technical knowledge to handle big data sets, BI tools and executive reports for sales.
