Sales Support Coordinator - Participate in the planning and implementation of business-related incentives and activities. Initiate and collect frontline feedback, consolidate the information, and provide insights to business leaders to support strategy development and decision-making. Integrate the sales teams experience and methodologies to assist in the design and creation of sales tools, helping frontline teams achieve results more efficiently. Team Support Support the development of a positive sales team culture and work environment. Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes of team members. Manage the application and tracking of team resources and materials. Job Requirements At least 1 year of experience in sales business support. Willingness and ability to support long-term international business operations. Proficient in data processing, graphic tools, and image/video design, production, and enhancement. Bachelor''s degree or above, with strong proficiency in related software. Fluent in both English and Portuguese. Job Highlights You will be part of Meituans international expansion project, helping to build our global business from the ground up. You will support the business team in serving merchants and users across Brazil. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in both Portuguese and English. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
