Join the home for entrepreneurs!     Your role in our team You will support the sales department for new and existing equipment requests.
You will maintain an accessible and organized filing system for sales.
You will create and maintain jobs in ERP system.
You will support customer legal agreement approval process.
You will support the CRM sales system.
You will manage administrative duties for the sales department, including scheduling client conferences and meetings.
You will maintain sales data regarding metrics, sales figures, and other key data.
You will create and process sales orders in a timely manner.
You will maintain sales document templates.
You will offer support to the Service team as needed.
You will work with the Finance team on a monthly basis to review customer activities.
Your profile You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Your 5 years of applicable business experience is preferred.
Your associate degree in business or related field is preferred.
Your CRM experience is required.
You demonstrate mathematical competence.
You have the ability to multi-task.
You have the ability to plan and schedule.
You exhibit individual decision making skills.
You demonstrate computer literacy with common computer programs such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, & Outlook.
You possess strong oral and written communication skills.
You have the ability to take direction.
You exhibit strong organizational skills, and great attention to detail.
