Salesforce Business Analyst - Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and page layouts to align with business processes. Customize Salesforce applications using declarative tools (like Process Builder, Flow, and Visualforce) without needing extensive coding. Requirements Gathering & Business AnalysisWork closely with business users to gather and analyze functional requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories. Ensure that Salesforce solutions meet both current and future business needs. User Training & SupportConduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper adoption of Salesforce features. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users to resolve any Salesforce-related issues. Maintain user documentation, including training manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides. Salesforce IntegrationWork with technical teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems (ERP, marketing automation tools, etc. ). Assist in defining data integration requirements and mapping between systems. Test integration scenarios and ensure smooth data flow across platforms. Testing & Quality AssuranceAssist in creating test plans and performing functional testing for Salesforce configurations and customizations. Validate the effectiveness of the solution through user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure business processes are streamlined. Data Management & ReportingSupport data management efforts, including data imports, exports, and quality control. Create reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights to various departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service). Monitor data accuracy and maintain data integrity in Salesforce. Salesforce Release ManagementParticipate in release management activities, including deployment of new features and enhancements. Help test new releases and provide feedback to ensure they align with business processes. Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process optimization using Salesforce functionality. Recommend best practices and solutions to automate business processes where appropriate. Collaboration with DevelopersWork closely with Salesforce developers to ensure that custom development meets functional requirements. Provide feedback on design and usability to enhance user experience. Continuous Learning & Salesforce CertificationStay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices. Pursue relevant Salesforce certifications (e. G. , Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) to improve skills and knowledge.
