Continuously monitor and guarantee the fulfillment of Service Level Agreement (SLA) by monitoring the incidents queue.
Conduct comprehensive root-cause analysis of product and configuration issues that have been reported by customers.
Report product errors to Development Support for further action.
Perform debug analysis whenever required to troubleshoot a problem.
Work in close cooperation with other Technical Support teams and Development Support.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and proactivity in all communications with SAP customers and colleagues.
Work across multiple support channels to deliver effective support to our clients.

Being a student in the field of Information Technology, Economics, Business Management or related areas (expected to graduate in approximately 24 months).
Enthusiasm and a problem-solving attitude combined with solid analytical skills.
The ability to read and debug code.
Excellent communication skills.
The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with multiple teams spread across various geographical locations.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
High level of motivation, proactivity, and a solution-oriented approach.
Prior experience in an IT-related field such as consulting, support, or development.
Knowledge of Business Processes such as Nota Fiscal, Finance, or Taxes in general is highly appreciated but not mandatory.

You will be part of the SAP Product Support Localization team, which is focused on providing end-to-end support to customers in Latin America on topics related to Finance and Logistics solutions.
We handle intricate topics such as Nota Fiscal, SAP Tax Declaration Framework (TDF), and SAP Document Compliance, as well as localization for Brazil and other countries in the region for both Financials and Logistics.
