SAP QM CONSULTANT - QUALITY MANAGEMENT

This role offers the opportunity to lead and optimize quality management processes in dynamic SAP environments.
You'll work cross-functionally, supporting strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence across our client base.
Key Responsibilities.
Implement and enhance SAP QM processes, including quality inspections, internal and external audits, non-conformance management, and change control; Customize and configure quality control scenarios integrated with SAP MM (Materials Management) and PP (Production Planning), ensuring seamless process flows and traceability; Gather business requirements, perform functional design and documentation (blueprinting), and translate them into technical specifications; Execute functional and integration testing (unit, integrated, and user acceptance), ensuring system performance and compliance; Deliver training sessions for key users and end-users, developing supporting documentation and user manuals; Provide post go-live support, including incident resolution, process monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives; Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate operational needs into high-impact SAP QM solutions; Support project rollouts, system upgrades, and implementation of new SAP QM functionalities; Profile Requirements.
Hands-on experience with SAP QM, including end-to-end implementations, rollouts, or optimization projects; Deep understanding of quality inspection processes, notifications, inspection lots, quality certificates, sampling, and batch management; Strong expertise in integration with MM and PP modules, including quality control during procurement, in-process inspections, and post-production activities; Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a consulting capacity, with strong analytical skills and a result-oriented mindset; Experience with functional specifications (FS), testing, and working closely with ABAP developers; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with end-users, project leads, and business stakeholders; Fluent in English (spoken and written) – capable of participating in meetings and producing clear technical documentation; Availability to work remotely within Brazil, potentially interacting with global teams across time zones; Nice-to-Have Qualifications.
SAP certification in QM or S/4HANA modules; Familiarity with SAP Fiori and S/4HANA QM (new data structures, inspection models, apps); Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or SAP Activate methodologies; Background in regulated industries (e.
., pharmaceutical, automotive, food & beverage); Experience with international SAP projects; Location.
