Our mission is rooted in freedom, responsibility, and efficiency, enabling drivers to maximize productivity and enjoy more time with their families.About the roleYou will be responsible for working directly to identify, prospect and qualify prospects with the goal of generating opportunities for closers, using the best practices available in the market and adapting them to Billor's business model.ResponsibilitiesPerform good lead qualification to ensure quality throughout the sales pipelineGenerate prospecting lists using commercial intelligence strategies through market platformsMapping sales opportunities and pitching our products/servicesProvide consultative and personalized serviceMaintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the systemNurture leads through a cadence of contacts, providing relevant information to advance the process of closing a partnershipProvide feedback and suggestions to improve the top-of-funnel processSchedule a close meeting between the prospect and our sales executivesShare knowledge of prospect behavior with sales and marketingStay abreast of industry trends and market best practices to continually improve our strategies and processesRequisitos:Fluent in English and PortugueseSpanish (will be an extra)Analytical profile to identify new business opportunitiesDynamic profile with a focus on resultsIntermediate knowledge of the Office suite, especially ExcelIs passionate about driving innovation and has a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced organization;Has verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationshipsCan use negotiation skills to achieve goalsMaintain a proactive attitude and ability to learn quicklyResults-oriented and customer-focusedEnthusiasm for testing new, non-standard solutionsEmbrace a culture of total transparency and trustEncourage freedom of thought - and be energized by the ideas of othersBe familiar with and enjoy technologyOn-site in Joinville, SCBenefíciosFixed contract + comission/variablesHealth and dental plan (Amil)Paid vacationHolidays offFlash card (supermarket and restaurants)Annual bonus based on both company and individual performanceEligibility to the LTIP (Long Term Incentive Plan)
