Senior Consultant Cash Management & Payments - At NFQ, we offer a different consulting model: Flexible | Scalable | Specialized | Client-Centric . As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Consultant Cash Management & Payments (GTB) to work on high-impact projects for top-tier banks and corporate clients, focusing on designing, testing, and delivering solutions in cash management, payments, and liquidity . What You Will Do Analyze requirements, identify practical solutions, plan, supervise, and coordinate project execution to ensure delivery on time and within budget. Report progress and results to senior management and committees through reports and presentations. Organize meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies and objectives. Define and execute IT solution testing in collaboration with technical teams. Act as a liaison between business, IT, and operations teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. Support change management and implementation activities for new systems or processes. Must Have Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking, or a related field. Certifications such as CPA-20, CFA, CTP , or other relevant banking/treasury certifications are a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial consulting, corporate advisory, corporate & institutional banking, business banking, or related areas. Experience in Global Transaction Banking (GTB) , especially in: Documentary Trade (LCs, collections, guarantees) Working Capital (Factoring & Confirming) Cash Management (cash pooling, sweeping, virtual accounts) Payments (SWIFT, PIX, SEPA, RTGS) Liquidity Management Experience in requirements gathering, interacting with IT teams, and performing testing activities. Experience with banking platforms such as Finastra, Temenos, Oracle Flexcube, Demica, Komgo, Bantrade, Taulia, Kyriba, TIS . Familiarity with digital platforms or API-based GTB solutions. English: Proficiency. Nice to Have Desirable: Masters degree in Finance, Business, or related fields. Instant Payments (PIX): corporate integration, limits management, reconciliation, and immediate settlement rules. ERP / TMS: experience with SAP Treasury, Kyriba, Oracle Treasury, Finastra, etc. API Integration / Open Banking for payments, transfers, and reconciliations. Automation & Reporting: RPA, advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau for liquidity dashboards. Regulatory & Compliance: BACEN rules for PIX/TED/DOC, international payments, and trade finance regulations. Operational & Liquidity Risk Management in payments and cash management. International Projects: cross-border payments, SWIFT, FX, trade finance, and adapting global processes to Brazil. Agile Methodologies & Project Management: Scrum/Kanban, workshop facilitation, and requirements gathering. Spanish: Proficiency.
