SENIOR DEVOPS ENGINEER

Activities Leading the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines: As a Senior DevOps, you’ll play a key role in architecting and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient software delivery processes. You’ll be a reference in improving release cycles and guaranteeing high-quality deployments through automation and best practices. Owning and scaling cloud infrastructure: You’ll manage and evolve our cloud infrastructure, including provisioning, configuration, performance tuning, and monitoring. Your expertise will ensure that our infrastructure is secure, resilient, and optimized for high availability and cost efficiency. Driving DevOps culture and practices: You’ll foster a DevOps mindset by strengthening the collaboration between development and operations teams. This includes implementing processes and tools that enable fast feedback loops, shared ownership, and continuous improvement. Mentoring and guiding team members: As a senior professional, you’ll be expected to support and mentor less experienced team members, share knowledge, and influence architectural decisions and technical direction across projects. In order to succeed, you'll likely need the following skills 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure-focused roles, preferably in fast-paced, product-driven environments Advanced knowledge of DevOps architectures, CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform), containers and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) Solid knowledge of security best practices to protect infrastructure and sensitive data Experience automating the build, testing, and deployment processes for faster and more reliable software delivery Experience in operating systems and server administration Experience with cloud platforms English proficiency Having a strong strategic vision and being a decision-maker Being self-taught Being up-to-date with the latest news and technologies about development operations Good communication skills, both verbal and writing skills Applicants must have a Brazilian bank account, be legally allowed to provide services to a Brazilian entity and willingness to receive in Brazilian local currency (Real R$) IMPORTANT TIP -> The communication during the selection process is done by email.
