he Senior Engineer - Electrical and Mechanical is responsible for analyzing electromechanical and special installations verifying that they are aligned with technical specifications and the country's legislation norms, elaborating and controlling reports and monitoring the qualification of contractor craftsmen, recommending improvement actions, while being directly involved in day-to-day work site monitoring.
ualifications10 years professional experience with a minimum of 7 years’ experience working as a Engineer coordinating MEP design and construction.
achelor´s Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical EngineeringExperience with Electric, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Automation SystemsCommissioning experience is required.
MI certification is a plus.
xperience in LEED projects is a plus.
luent in English to be able to lead project team meetings, issue written communications, minutes and reports, lead client meetings.
nowledge of Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD and BIM.
