SENIOR FRONTEND ENGINEER (REACT)

We are seeking an experienced React developer to join our team as a part-time contractor to start. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and implement pixel perfect reusable React web components. You should have advanced knowledge of React. Js, i18n, A11Y, SCSS, css module, a reusable component library, dynamic color themes based on the token system, as well as an eye for details, a passion for delivering components to build cross-browser and cross platform applications. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 8 years of experience in developing re-usable React component libraries and a proven track record of successful implementations. Excellent communication skills and a knack for creating maintainable, testable, and efficient code are also essential. CSS wizardry: Exceptional skill in writing efficient, scalable, and responsive CSS. An ability to troubleshoot cross-browser and cross-platform issue Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to formulate innovative solutions to address complex challenges. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with comprehensive documentation. Participate in code reviews to drive high standards of software quality. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Deep understanding of React, Javascript, CSS, and Functional Programming Deep understanding of web 2. 0 UI/UX design principles and best practices Performance & web vitals Accessibility Cross browser/platform compatibility Mobile first and responsive implementation Internationalization and localization At least 8 years of experience working with React. Js, Typescript, SCSS, and re-usable component development At least 8 years of experience in developing web applications and a proven track record of successful implementations Strong attention to details, a passion for problem solving, and an eagerness to learn Experience with Next. Js, react-aria, mono-repo, storybook, react-testing-library, and Design System Package (DSP, aka: token design system) are plus. Experience with Animation is a plus.
