Your Responsibilities Will Include

Develop high-quality software design and architecture using Vue, PHP, and Golang
Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks throughout the software development lifecycle
Build tools and applications by writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
Write, test, and review code in a collaborative environment
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve our products
Partner with product and design to define, shape, and plan deliverables
Make sound technical decisions following best practices and engineering standards
Identify and resolve issues that may affect product quality or business outcomes
Work directly with the GTM lead on CRM integrations and tools

You Should Meet The Following RequirementsLocation: Based in a LATAM country (this is a fully remote position)Technical Experience:3+ years of experience with Golang and PHP in production environmentsExperience with PHP frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel is a plusBonus points for experience with Vue, PostgreSQL, AWS, Redis, Docker Compose, GitLab CI, Stripe, and/or DatadogStartup Background: 2+ years in a similar role at a high-growth startupCRM Experience: Hands-on experience with CRM tools and integrations (e.g. HubSpot)SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO strategies and tools is a strong plusAutonomy & Leadership:Ability to lead engineering efforts independentlyComfortable being the sole engineer in cross-functional initiativesWork Ethic & Mindset:Self-starter — able to identify problems and propose/execute solutions without heavy directionProactive ownership — consistently seeks out impactful work and drives it to completionCross-functional Collaboration: Experience working with non-technical teams such as product, marketing, and designCommunication: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbalArchitecture & Delivery: Proven ability to deliver well-architected, scalable solutions
