SENIOR REGULATORY ANALYST – FOCUS ON OPEN FINANCE

Our Compliance Team plays a critical role in empowering our teams to build and launch disruptive products and services while ensuring a seamless user experience that aligns with regulatory frameworks.
We are looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy compliance professional who is passionate about emerging technologies and groundbreaking financial solutions.
In this role, you’ll be deeply embedded with our product development teams, working side by side to anticipate regulatory challenges, drive compliance strategies, and support the evolution of cutting-edge financial products.
\ What You'll Be Doing.
Act in the regulatory front of Open Finance, closely following the Central Bank’s agenda and ensuring adherence to the established phases, standards, and timelines.
Strategically map and implement regulatory requirements, focusing on Open Finance and financial data-sharing initiatives.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that solution development aligns with Open Finance regulations.
Contribute to the development of policies, reports, processes, and internal controls related to data governance, information security, and the data-sharing lifecycle within the Open Finance framework.
Serve as the main point of contact with external entities such as the Central Bank, the Open Finance Governance Structure, and other industry forums, positioning CloudWalk in both regulatory and technical discussions.
Identify and report regulatory and compliance risks in Open Finance-related initiatives, proactively working on mitigation and prevention of non-compliance.
What You Need To Succeed.
A university degree in a related field and a genuine passion for financial regulation.
Experience in Payment Institutions, financial institutions, or fintechs, with a deep understanding of the financial ecosystem.
Fluency in Portuguese and Advanced English proficiency, enabling communication in international regulatory environments.
Strong technical knowledge, allowing you to bridge compliance, technology, and innovation.
Familiarity with Type 3 financial conglomerates (Conglomerado Tipo 3).
Experience in applying artificial intelligence to compliance workflows.
