About the Role.
As the Senior Sourcing and Talent Intelligence Advisor (remote), you will provide exemplary sourcing and market intelligence for Alcoa's complex, hard to fill and critical roles both regionally, and where required, globally.
The Senior Sourcing Advisor will drive Alcoa's sourcing processes and deliver fit for purpose, role specific sourcing and talent intelligence strategies, operating with agility to align with changing business priorities.
As a member of the global Talent Acquisition team, you will actively advise and support senior leaders in identifying and attracting unique active and passive candidates to increase diversity and top talent across Alcoa.
Other key responsibilities include.
Partner with your local TA Manager and Global Sourcing Manager to develop strategic plans and key metrics that can influence talent acquisition practices that support operations.
Subject matter expert on regional talent pools and pockets of talent for critical roles.
Use your experience and expertise in candidate care to engage with professionals, understanding their motivations and aspirations for roles and future careers.
Establish relationships with new employees to build and develop referrals to assist with diversity targets and talent management.
Ensure diversity and inclusion is at the heart of our sourcing practices.
Ensure best practice, innovative and creative sourcing methodologies are utilized in a cost-effective and timely manner, with the aim of improving Time to Fill and reducing external recruitment agency service utilization.
Be a key contributor to regional and global projects and ensure alignment of recruitment and sourcing guidelines and standards and participate in regional and global TA/Sourcing projects.
What you can bring to the role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related areas; Well-developed verbal and written communication skills - Bilingual (Portuguese/English); Extensive sourcing experience, ideally teamed with end-to-end recruitment experience, with in depth understanding of talent attraction techniques to offer expert advice in sourcing hard to fill, critical, senior and complex roles and for remote locations; Relevant industry experience is preferred but aligned industries will be considered (manufacturing, oil and gas, heavy industry); Strong presentation skills which include.
putting together and presenting presentations via PowerPoint and other tools to showcase talent market data, projects, and process to stakeholders across all levels; In-depth understanding of Sourcing tools, TA and HR management systems (experience with WorkDay is desirable); Recruitment/HR Project Management experience is beneficial.
