About the job: In this role, you will need a deep understanding of technology, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. Youll collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define product roadmaps, align requirements, and launch new products. This is a great opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to impactful product launches in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis, including defining user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and workflows for development teams. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements. Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on feasibility, impact, and customer value. Conduct market research and customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our products. Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure successful delivery. Ensure timely delivery of features meeting quality standards; organize testing and feedback processes. Minimum of 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a technical product management role. Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana, etc. Strong understanding of microservices, P2P systems, JavaScript. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities remotely. Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs; familiarity with A/B testing or similar methods is a plus. Experience leading AI and P2P projects is advantageous. Hands-on development experience with JavaScript frameworks like Node. Js, React, or Angular is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
