As a UX Researcher on our team, you will work on the complex and critical challenges of identity and access management at Google.
You will in-depth search into the needs of various users – from service owners who need to easily configure and enforce access, to new employees requiring a simple and secure on-boarding experience.
Your research will help simplify the process of getting the right access to the right people at the right time, all while ensuring our systems provide appropriate controls for monitoring and compliance.
You will have the opportunity to influence products that are fundamental to how every Googler works.
Your insights will help us solve intricate problems like simplifying group and email list management and enabling secure collaboration with external partners.
By understanding the journeys of access requestors, approvers, and auditors, you will help us build solutions that are not just effective, but also intuitive and user-friendly, directly contributing to our mission of making identity and access management simple, quick, and effective within Google.
