In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Large Customer Sales cross-regional Retail Business teams and other cross-functional stakeholders (e.
., GPS, Ads Finance,).
Your primary goal will be to accelerate retail ALCS business and ensure the long-term viability of the business by addressing cross-product issues and opportunities, overseeing intricate workstreams, and developing and supporting exceptional processes.
You will also serve as a crucial thought partner to pGTM leadership on pivotal matters, providing clear direction for issues, extracting valuable business insights, and identifying proactive opportunities to enhance our cross-product activation strategies within the region.
Your collaborating skills, excellent written and verbal communication, structured and bold thinking, and an action-oriented approach with a structured problem solver and a clear communicator will inspire individuals at all levels of the organization.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly.
We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.
We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas.
Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $ + bonus + equity + benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
