What you''ll doAs a Systems Integration Engineer, your main responsibilities will include planning and executing software system integrations, from architecture design to implementation. You will work with product and engineering teams to enhance TRACTIANs offerings and serve as the main technical contact for our largest clients and partners. ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement end-to-end system integrations, from high-level architecture to coding. Communicate technical concepts clearly, explaining product features and API architecture to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Act as the primary technical contact for major clients and partners technical teams. Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to improve and evolve our products. Minimum RequirementsBachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Systems Integration Engineer or similar role, with expertise in software integration. Proficiency with integration tools and technologies for customization and automation. Experience with ERP software integrations (SAP/TOTVS) or other enterprise systems. Knowledge of data formats and protocols (e. G. , JSON, XML, REST, SOAP). Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies. Understanding of security best practices in software integration. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Bonus PointsExperience with software integrations in complex enterprise environments.
