Job Description.
Senior SAP Security Consultant / Analyst Location.
Remote.
To cover Brazil, DOP (Dominican Rep) and India.

5 Consultants to cover all Regions Key Responsibilities.
• Lead the design and implementation of SAP security roles, profiles, and authorization concepts across all SAP environments (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, BW, HANA, BTP, etc.).
• Define and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures across SAP platforms.
• Oversee role remediation and SoD conflict resolution activities, ensuring audit and compliance readiness.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate SAP security team members.
• Drive implementation and support of SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, BRM, EAM, ARM), including rule set customization and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Functional, Technical, and Compliance teams) to ensure secure and efficient SAP access provisioning and governance.
• Support audit processes (internal, external, SOX), including evidence preparation and access reviews.
• Actively participate in SAP upgrade/migration projects (e.
., ECC to S/4HANA), with a focus on security transition strategy.
• Monitor security logs, perform risk assessments, and respond to security incidents in SAP.
• Contribute to Identity & Access Management (IAM) integration initiatives and enterprise-wide security strategies.
Required Qualifications.
• 7+ years of hands-on SAP security experience, with deep expertise in role design and access control across multiple SAP modules.
• Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control (implementation, configuration, and support).
• Extensive experience with SoD analysis, mitigation planning, and audit/compliance processes.
• Experience in SAP security support for S/4HANA projects and migrations.
• Familiarity with Fiori, HANA DB, and SAP Cloud Platform (BTP) security concepts.
• Proven leadership in SAP security strategy and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications.
• SAP certifications in Security, GRC, or S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP IDM, CyberArk, SailPoint, or other IAM tools.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and other SAP Cloud apps.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.
., pharmaceuticals, finance, utilities) is a plus.
