Evaluate the impacts of Brazilian tax reform and ensure strict compliance with local regulations.
Provide expert advice on tax implications related to the company’s evolving business models.
Lead tax audit defense and controversy resolution for complex transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and successfully implement efficient tax strategies.
Requirements Proven experience in tax planning and controversy management, preferably within Latin America.
Strong understanding of Brazilian tax regulations and reforms.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
Proficiency in both Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Spanish will be a differential.
