Tipo de contrato : Temporário - 6 meses podendo renovar por mais 3 meses e com chance de efetivação.

Atividades:
Liderar e monitorar diariamente a execução da operação desde o recebimento, a separação, a montagem e a expedição, cumprindo os padrões de Excelência Operacional.
Trazer inputs, acompanhar indicadores de produtividade e performance.
Garantir o cumprimento dos acordos de nível de serviço estabelecidos, bem como promover o engajamento e a produtividade dos parceiros.
Gerenciar os processos com foco em segurança, produtividade, qualidade e custo, cultivando um excelente clima de trabalho, promovendo o engajamento e garantindo a excelência.
Desenvolver projetos de melhoria contínua, pautados em 5S, sustentabilidade, produtividade e análise de oportunidades.
Requisitos:
Ter formação superior completa em Administração de Empresas, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas afins.
Possuir experiência nas rotinas operacionais e na gestão de pessoas e processos, sendo um diferencial se for em Logística.
Contar com conhecimentos sobre tecnologias e ferramentas, incluindo Sistema de Gerenciamento de Transporte e consultas para a manipulação de dados é um diferencial, assim como dominar o Google Sheets, sendo necessário o domínio do Excel.
