Responsibilities The Technical Service Admin will provide excellent customer service skills and maintain a professional attitude while handling all incoming calls, receiving clients, visitors and vendors.
Also, assist with general office administrative functions.
Promptly and courteously greet and receive visitors, ascertains nature of business, and direct visitor to appropriate person or area.
Professionally answer and handle all incoming calls by providing excellent customer service to callers by routing calls to appropriate person.
Perform a variety of clerical and word processing functions.
May assist with scanning, reviewing and submitting of Accounts Payable documents.
Sorting, opening and distributing of in-coming mail.
Provide support by assisting in other functions as needed.
Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external.
Qualifications REQUIRED.
3 - 4 Years of general clerical and administrative experience Proficient typing skills General computer knowledge Fluency in English      PREFERRED.
University Degree/Diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years related experience Master\us degree & 0-2 yrs experience Prior receptionist and/or customer service related experience is preferred Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial Advanced level of MS Office
