About the role.
We're in search of a dynamic and forward-thinking TikTok UGC Specialist to join our team.
As the TikTok UGC  Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, nurturing, and overseeing a network of content creators to generate compelling User Generated Content (UGC) across various platforms.
Your expertise in identifying talent, guiding creators, and ensuring consistent content quality will drive our UGC program's success.
If you're passionate about content creation, possess a knack for managing diverse creator networks, excel in communication, and can measure success through defined KPIs, we're eager to hear from you.
This role demands a proactive individual with a solid background in TikTok content creation and a strong grasp of e-commerce dynamics, especially within Amazon.
This is a Full-Time remote position.
Responsibilities (but are not limited to).
Identify and recruit individuals capable of creating high-quality User Generated Content (UGC).
Recruit creators willing to repost content daily across all platforms following the Andrew Tate model.
Conduct weekly training calls to guide and support creators.
Maintain daily communication via text messages with each creator to ensure consistency and quality.
Manage a network of 30+ creators, overseeing the creation of + videos per month.
Develop and implement reliable methods to consistently find and onboard new creators.
Establish and manage a group chat for effective communication among creators.
Ensure all creators have signed contracts and completed W-9 forms for proper documentation.
Maintain updated contact information for each creator.
Create and manage a repository of videos categorized by views (50k+, 500k+, 1m+), Reviews, Unboxings, and Demonstrations.
Establish measurable KPIs including new creators per month, total views, total videos posted, videos exceeding 100k+ views, affiliate sales, and MER (marketing efficiency ratio).
\n Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in TikTok content creation.
Proven experience in managing a network of content creators, showcasing successful UGC campaigns, and achieving measurable results in terms of engagement, views, and sales.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing creators.
E-commerce experience is essential.
Preferred experience with Amazon operations.
