TRAINER ASSOCIATE

Trainer Associate - ;- Design and deliver social and management skills training;- Develop and implement training content and materials;- Continually assess and improve training effectiveness by developing new training approaches and techniques. **Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree;- Fluent in English (written, verbal and presentation);- Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage projects and tasks efficiently and independently from end to end;- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products;- Experience in facilitation, training and/or public speaking;- Basic design skills (Canva/Adobe Illustrator) a plus.
