Descripción del trabajo Workfront Proof Product Owner Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world As a Workfront Proof Product Owner, you will play a key role in leading the vision, strategy, and process of implementing and continually improving Digital Asset Collaboration and Workflow capability for Marketing in the division of Marketing Technologies and Digital Experience.
In this role, you will engage with stakeholders to design programs that enhance asset review capabilities and drive adoption, working closely with Global and Area Digital Operations and Digital Services Leaders, as well as other capability owners.
The impact you will make in this role You will own the Workfront Proof roadmap, defining and updating plans to meet evolving stakeholder needs.
You will drive adoption and improve cycle time by managing an opportunity pipeline.
You will build and engage a community of users and super-users to collaborate on platform, process, and usability improvements.
You will align feature roadmaps with technical and vendor roadmaps to ensure robust solutions.
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent of 5+ years of work experience in a related role.
Proven experience with Workfront Proof, Workfront, and Adobe Experience Manager or similar role experience in Product or Platform ownership.
Strong understanding of Digital Asset Lifecycle, Review and Approval processes, and Workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include.
Experience in leading Agile-focused development approaches.
Ability to design and deliver support services and processes related to digital capabilities.
Contribution to other Global Automation & Innovation initiatives within Digital Operations.
