- Support of contracts for drilling projects associated with the Albacora Leste, Sapinhoá and Lapa oil fields.
- Interface with all disciplines and their technical leaders for offshore drilling projects, contractors, operators and partners, in order to ensure that the requirements of project planning, cost control, change management, budget management and reports are fulfilled and implemented.
- Provide the schedule for monitoring drilling activities, according to the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), providing reports, controls and indicators, during the execution of the project until its conclusion: Value of Work Done (VOWD), Cost of Work Done (COWD), Estimated Time to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Completion (EAC), S-Curve.
- Assist on the monitoring and detailing of materials, logistics, HSE licenses, services, personnel and equipment involved in each phase of the project, to ensure alignment with the budget, scope and deadline.
- Support, update and monitor the performance of AFEs (Authorization for Expenditure) from the planning phase of well drilling activities, until the closure.
- Responsible for preparing, following up, forecasting and reporting the entire budget project and the cost reports and invoices checking.
- Identify of deviations and changes in the contracted scope, detecting possible change orders.
- Ensure project contingency management processes are effectively implemented, with on-going review and recalculation of forecast contingency requirements.

Create and provide a PMO at Energy and Gas department from Petrobras, during the Floating LNG – FLNG Project. Monitoring 3 FEEDs studies (Technip, SBM, Saipem) to develop a floating factory to liquefy the gas for export (LNG - liquefied natural gas). Prepare status reports of projects on weekly and monthly basis to the joint venture (Petrobras, BG Group, Repsol and Galp Energy). Responsible for providing the physical and financial tracking of projects. Establish and create the communication plan (activities, responsible, responsibilities) for all the stakeholders involved. Follow up of the contract’s payment terms and conditions (cash flow). Provide performance indicators: S-curve and EVM. Responsible for register and control the project using SAP-ERP.

- Project Management Support: assist the project manager, providing visibility on: look ahead of tasks to be performed, risks, opportunities and possible change orders.
- Reports: provide relevant reports required to make right decisions driving on time and on budget project execution. Prepare monthly report for the client and executives managers company’s (Director, CEO, CFO). Control and prepare Key Indicators, charts and progress S-Curves, forecasts using Earned Value Management (EVM), financial curve and others procedures suggested by PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge).
- Cost Controller: Responsible for preparing, following up, forecasting, monitoring and reporting the entire budget project. Responsible for all cost reports and invoices checking.
Interface with finance department for monthly cost reporting, VoWD (value of work done) and accruals.  Prepare and control the financial WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) to follow up of contracts payment terms and conditions. 
- Interface: Collaborate with the stakeholders and technical team (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation, Telecom, Process), ensuring the deadline of deliverables documents.  Establish interface with client to provide update on schedule and to report the current project status.
- Schedule management: Implement and update schedules using Primavera and MS Project following internal procedures. Propose improvements to schedules, including use of critical path analysis and resource loading.
Projects: FEED and Detailing Engineering Design: RNEST, COMPERJ, SNOX, CONEST, Premium. Instrumentation Offshore projects: follow up the planning and cost activities involved to provide types of monitoring and positioning system.

- Monitoring the investment projects by SAP-ERP, since the register until its conclusion.  Follow up all the project stages: identification, analysis, approval, execution, control and conclusion, until the project will become a property. Distribute and control the approved budget for the portfolio projects.
