An Apple Customer Experience (ACE) Leader is a business leader, overseeing sales, training, merchandising and operations across a number of retail partner stores within an assigned territory.
They are responsible for the strategy at the Point of Sale (POS) and at the regional level.
This is a leadership position responsible for maintaining strong collaborative relationships with partner stores and regional management, influencing them to connect people to our products, find opportunities to grow Apple business, and deliver an amazing customer experience.
It is also a field level role.
We seek doers; people who love to get into the details of their business, coach sales staff, solve problems and maintain our merchandising standards.
Analytical in nature, you will also be responsible for implementing marketing and incentive programs and providing feedback to Apple’s internal sales and marketing teams.
This role offers the variety to stretch and challenge you.
One moment you will be meeting with senior managers reviewing sales results and aligning on next week’s objectives.
Next, you'll be jumping on to the sales floor to train a staff member or help a customer select the best Apple product for their needs.
As an ACE Leader you are accountable for driving extraordinary business performance by influencing partner stores and regional management to deliver on business objectives.
- Training partner stores' staff on Apple products, services, and merchandising guidelines.
- Coaching partners' staff on delivering an exceptional Apple customer experience; delivering Apple quality demos and creating excitement about the Apple brand and products with partner staff and management.
- Facilitate implementation of marketing campaigns and incentive programs and provide insights about store effectiveness through high-quality reporting.
- Identify regional opportunities and drive execution and build relationships at regional and stores level High school diploma required, college degree preferred
