Join the home for entrepreneurs!   Your role in our team You will conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment and perform routine preventive maintenance, such as plumbing repairs, electrical, HVAC equipment, painting and carpentry.
You will handle basic repairs and maintenance across three (3) buildings.
You will ensure building equipment and facilities are in proper working order and available for use.
You will respond with a sense of urgency to work orders and ensure problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.
You will assist in developing and performing preventive maintenance for buildings and equipment.
You will ensure safety standards are performed throughout our facilities.
You will ensure proper inventory levels of supplies are on hand and available as needed.
You will perform other related duties as assigned.
Your profile You have a High School Diploma or GED, with at least two (2) years of related experience and training You have proven maintenance experience You have excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow you to provide a quality customer service for internal and external clients You have solid organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills You are able to handle the physical demands, such as, prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout facility; bending, lifting, climbing, crawling to maintain equipment; performing work in a variety of weather conditions, including inclement weather.
You are able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
