Job Title.
Commercial Head About the job.
Main responsibilities.
Drive the strategic commercial plans and execution sales strategy to achieve sales targets and market expansion objectives in alignment with the company's overall goals.
Lead and manage the commercial team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and employee development.
Drive revenue growth through effective trade marketing initiatives, leveraging market insights and consumer trends to optimize product positioning and visibility.
Oversee revenue management activities, including pricing strategies, promotions, and discounts, to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including major pharmacy chains, independent retailers, and wholesale partners, to secure prominent placement and distribution of our products.
Lead both direct and indirect sales channels, optimizing distribution networks and ensuring effective inventory management to meet demand and minimize stockouts.
Champion commercial excellence initiatives to enhance sales processes, customer engagement, and overall operational efficiency.
Foster engagement and collaboration with healthcare professionals (HCP) through targeted marketing campaigns, educational actions, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, supply chain, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of commercial strategies.
Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies across all commercial activities.
