Commis/ Room Service - das Nacoes Unidas, 12901, Sao Paulo, 04578-000 A Bar Attendant is responsible for assisting bartenders, waiters, and waitresses in serving and clearing food and beverage orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining work stations and outlets in order. The role involves providing excellent service and support to deliver a memorable guest experience. What will I be doing? As a Bar Attendant, your responsibilities include: Serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner Having extensive knowledge of menu offerings Managing guest queries effectively Following proper reporting procedures for issues Practicing Hilton Grooming standards: uniform, cleanliness, personal hygiene Assisting callers courteously, taking messages accurately, and passing them promptly Completing opening, closing, and side duties efficiently Maintaining equipment cleanliness and order Requisitioning and ensuring availability of chemicals and supplies Sanitizing and cleaning bars before and after duties Replenishing bar supplies such as liquor, fruits, ice, and dishes Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation What are we looking for? Ideal candidates will demonstrate: Good communication skills (oral and written) Strong customer service orientation Flexibility to adapt to different situations Ability to work independently or as part of a team Preferred qualifications include: Experience in Food and Beverage industry Knowledge of table settings and service ware Understanding of Food Hygiene Regulations Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. in a busy environment What will it be like to work for Hilton?
