What you’ll do As the manager of our newly founded Data Warehouse development team in Sao Leopoldo, Brazil, you will be responsible for leading a development team working on BW Move, SAP DataSphere Integration, Hybrid Scenarios and BW/4HANA itself.
For the SAP DataSphere product this means that we provide an excellent integration between SAP DataSphere and BW/4HANA and work on a smooth path for customers how they can move more and more workload into the cloud without losing their massive investment into the BW(/4HANA) and ABAP stack.
What you bring •    Responsible for management and advancement of individuals and teams •    Profound knowledge in SAP with SAP BW and BW/4HANA as an asset  •    Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) is a must •    Experience in team management of international (virtual) teams •    Responsible for creation of environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Actively seeks to coach and help with personal development.
Regularly offers feedback to help others develop and supports others in setting challenging development goals •    Drives for high quality and in time delivery for committed development items •    Establish an environment for working together with other (BW) development team in Germany and India •    Managing of complex customer escalation situations  •    Strong knowledge in object-oriented programming •    We are looking for candidates with at least 8+ years of relevant and related work experience.
