Job Description Provide proactive and reactive support, resolving issues related to data imports through designated communication channels; Identify and report bugs found in the internal import tool, ensuring the quality and integrity of the processed data; Work with files provided by customers, in addition to importing data related to the company's products; Ensure data security and confidentiality by implementing strict data security practices and policies; Actively collaborate with the team, sharing knowledge and providing mutual support; Test and validate new solutions, providing constructive feedback to promote continuous process improvements; Contribute to the development of internal documentation related to the Importation Team.
Qualifications Complete Higher Education is desirable (in Data management or IT-related fields); Advanced English, both written and spoken; Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems, driven by curiosity; A strong sense of urgency to effectively deal with critical issues; A resourceful profile applied to customer service and local partners; Great communication and robust negotiation skills; Additional Information Doctoralia’s Benefits.
