Head of Account Manager Gerenciar o time de gerente de contas para expandir a organização no Brasil.
Operar como o principal ponto de contato para todo e qualquer assunto específico de suas contas Construir e manter relacionamentos fortes e duradouros com os clientes institucionais Supervisionar o gerenciamento de contas de clientes, incluindo a negociação de contratos e acordos.
Desenvolver relacionamentos confiáveis de consultoria com as principais contas, partes interessadas do cliente e patrocinadores executivos Garantir a entrega oportuna e bem-sucedida de nossas soluções de acordo com as necessidades e objetivos do cliente Comunicar claramente o progresso das iniciativas mensais/trimestrais às partes interessadas internas e externas bem como progresso do time; Desenvolver novos negócios com clientes existentes e/ou identificar áreas de melhoria para atingir as metas de vendas; Prever, projetar e monitorar as principais métricas das contas (por exemplo, resultados de vendas trimestrais e previsões anuais); Preparar relatórios sobre o status das contas, time e performances; Gerenciar e controlar as atividades da equipe de vendas para identificar e aumentar oportunidades dentro do território; Reporte para a diretoria local e internacional.
Perfil.
Formação em Administração, Economia, Gestão Comercial ou áreas relacionadas; Experiência prévia de 5 ano na área; Conhecimento em CRM e Excel; Mandatório inglês fluente e desejável espanhol; Perfil analítico e focado em resultados; Boa comunicação, experiência em gestão de times e bom relacionamento.
